Hello Everyone---still feeling the lingering effects of the "winter blues" and some aches and pains from playing too much hockey,I thought it was time to call the doctor.Luckily I was able to get an appointment immediately as the good doctor is always accomodating. The doctor knew exactly what I needed---no need for any medications ,just a good dose of "visual therapy" so we jumped in his car and headed to Lowbanks for some railfanning on the EG&E.After spending a few hours with Doc,I feel like a new man. Here's some of the "therapy".

when I saw a thread named "doctor's appointment", I thought the worst :o . Glad to see that it was only an excuse to do some model railfanning.
Excellent therapy! I sat back today and watched a freight go by. The motive power was good. Two GP7's with a GP35 mother and F unit slug between them.
I see what you did there Goldth
Better be safe than sorry...I'd keep going to your therapy until all symptoms disappear, then maybe a few times more so complete healing can be ascertained. You can never be too careful about your health. Fortunately for you, it sounds like you have an understanding doctor who treats the whole person instead of just fixing lab report numbers. Cheers
There is another cure for this, so they say. Icon_lol Someone said to take two Lionel smoke tablets and call them in the morning, 35 but I think I'd opt for your choice of therapy long before trying that... Big Grin Big Grin
I only have one question. Is it possible that we might know of this doctor. And is he taking new patients?
Thank you for all your feedback.I certainly intend to take Herc's advice and continue with my '' therapy".Here's a few more shots from Wednesday's session.

Great modeling, great photos! Thanks!
Thank God for Canadian Health Care. In America, with our HMO system, we would only be able to go rail fanning at the Brio display in Barnes & Noble.
Does your doctor do group therapy? Do I need a referral?
