Rare to see a consist of Alcos like that these days (I suspect though, that some of those are MLWs?)
Also, I'm hoping that GP9 is just getting an overhaul. I road behind that engine for one of the excursion trips this past summer.
Monday and Thursday are the usual track inspection days through here. These guys came through this afternoon. I was at the McKinley Road crossing, just 3 miles west of Homewood Junction, Pa.[
