There have been some outstanding train related photos posted over the years.  Anyone have any non train related pictures they would like to post?

I'll start with this one taken earlier this year.

Tom, that's a great idea, it will give us a chance to prove there are a few other things in our lives besides trains.
Here is one from September, 2011, this is out our back yard. The neighbors lake and house at sunset.[attachment=24381]

Crickey Charlie when I first saw your photo, I thought I was looking at a bushfire about to devour that house.
Sorry, just a little sensitive to the fire threat this year, we have already had some houses destroyed here in Victoria on Grand Final weekend and there have been devastating fires in W.A [four people killed] and S.A which have cost lives. The S.A fire is raging out of control right now and at least two people have died.
It looks like it is going to be a very long and dangerously hot summer for us this year. Nope

Mark
Nice photos otherwise guys
Mark, while we don't have the same conditions here fire is always a danger. Last evening our neighbor saw 2 bow hunters running from the woods behind him and soon after spotted a fire in the brush. Though we never saw the fire from our house there were many fire trucks arrived to put out the fire. They were there for a couple hours.
Charlie, I can't take credit for the idea but I can steal from the best of them. This idea was inspired by the good folks over at the railroad-line forum.

Well, since you started it here you have to post pictures too. We all have lots of them I am sure. My pictures of Dogs and other animals number more than pictures of trains.

I was curious about the reference so I looked him up and there are a bunch of relatively famous William Alexanders. Can you clarify?

Thanks.
