I used various N scale ballast from ASOA (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.asoa.de">http://www.asoa.de</a><!-- m -->) and "Drainagematerial dunkel fein" #1399.

Here's the former CNR station at Elmira, P.E.I., now part of the railway museum there. Quite a few of the former stations on the island are still extant, put to other uses.
