I got all excited thinking we had a 51st state (in a state of Q - Quiescency) only to find out : a quiescent state is one in which a game is considered stable and unlikely to change.

I had to look for a "Q" word and have it meaning resting, quiet, still or inactive. Learning some new words with this thread, unfortunately I'll forget them in a few days.
