A pair of GE C40-9W's are the power on Conrail's coal train WPCA-31x. Caught them as they were passing thru Chestnut Neck.

Bruce - Nice looking locos. I can almost feel the breeze blowing across the grass field.
This week’s catch at the Water Tower is a PRR P5a electric motor leading a manifest train.

Great shots to start the thread off!
I was able to catch a pair of Dash 9's by Pine Bluff, headed toward Owen...

Great shots everyone.
Tom : I had not realized yet that there was a video joined. Great idea ?. If you don’t mind, I might steal the idea in a near future.
Ed : I really like the way you take photos. Very nice layout too.
Thanks for your kind remarks Guy---hopefully you'll post more scenes from your layout again soon.Don't let the greenery in Leetown fool you---the higher elevations on the Stoney Creek Hill create a totally different environment.Extra 2747 heads north to get ready for the soon to come snowfalls.
