Tank car spill/catch basin - Rscott417 - 09-27-2016 Has anyone made those spill containment bins for tank car spurs? I know Walthers has a few in the Modern Loading Rack kit but was curious if anyone has made their own or have seen any made. They are almost the right side, finely made and yet sturdy enough. Matt
