Has anyone made those spill containment bins for tank car spurs? I know Walthers has a few in the Modern Loading Rack kit but was curious if anyone has made their own or have seen any made.

The side gratings could be done using Kadee or similar well-detailed running board. They are almost the right side, finely made and yet sturdy enough.
