Jim, I picked up the shell for the slug at a train show, sorry I don't remember the name of the company that made it.  The chassis, walkway and two sets of handrails are from an Atlas RS11.

My 4-loco consist decided it didn't want to stay together and I accidentally ran in with two tail end helpers...   Actually runs pretty well this way.
