WPMA-19 has two cars for Cape Atlantic Cannery and a locomotive for a new start up short line, the Batsoe and Mullica Railroad.  Conrail was going to abandon the line south of the cannery after the railroad bridge over Gravelly Run was severely damaged during a derecho. There were still customers using rail service, but they were forced to use trucks for their deliveries.  The Batsoe and Mullica agreed to take over the line if they could get the funding for the bridge repairs.  The B & M after getting agreements from two of the customers, finalizing funding and a lengthy delay in getting the bridge rebuilt will restart rail service shortly.
