I dunno, Lutz, but it looks like part of the motor is visible in the bottom of the cab window, and maybe more of it above the driver that's just aft of the air pump (although that latter part might be a gearbox, too).
I enjoy these little treasure hunts in your threads, Lutz, and that's quite the piece of track on which the loco is sitting, too.
