Morning. One big grape flavored dishwashing detergent drink last night. Another at 6 AM this morning. Must be Dawn. Cleans real good. :oops: No solid foods since 7 AM yesterday. Will make up for it afterwards. Olive Garden. Still hitting 2 to 3 miles a day.
