The logos are theirs. I can't find a link to the picture of the dairy after it was painted white (my time frame) but here is a little history.

I never figured why they had a dairy in town, but there was another one right out side of town. It is a good article and shows lots of the interior, which I am not getting into.
I couldn't justify a milk train, but let's just say they have a car dropped daily when the local works the town.
