Scott, I would like to stay with quite simple building as they are along Cermack Rd. The building must be a simple one too because it must be removable as it spans over a segment boarder. The segment must be removed to access the door in the background.
I do not like the "white" building at all. Let's see how it looks with a brick surface. In any case is the old building placed back within seconds and a gravel yard is always prototypical.
