That kit is.......those kits are, the source for just about all my Seaport Village structures. Great right out of the box, and as "Scratchbash fodder" for almost any other type of small structure.
I didn't shingle any of those roofs :o , used them just as they are 
. Also used the large dormer roof and front wall section to replace the "eyebrow" dormer of the Revell depot.
