Looks like an Ex-Reading Company GP39-2 as the second unit! These locomotives were given to the D&H as part of the formation of Conrail. The D&H got a few locomotives from the various components roads (as well as some tracks and trackage rights) of Conrail.
Apparently, those GP39s were chosen because they were the newest power on the Reading.
the Lehigh Valley C420s also went to the D&H instead of Conrail.
I think there were a few D&H SD45s with a blue version of the Erie Lackawanna paint scheme as well. Apparently, the D&H was a major user of the GE locomotives, while the EL was moving towards EMD. The plan was to trade some EL U33Cs for the D&H SD45s. As I understand it, this trade never happened due to the Conrail merger.
