It is time to start the next industry/warehouse.
Some "City Classic, 103 Smallman St Warehouse Kit" and extension kits are used as a base. They provide raw walls at a style similar to Cornerstone Robert's Printing without the bells and whistles. Perfect material for kit bashing but it requires a lot of sanding due to lack of precision.

Some time later...
The buildings must not be bound to the background only

The final bridge part will be a tad higher attached, aligned to both buildings
Again some time later...
May be another small add-on gets the building complex out of the shoebox design
