Our 2014 three-way structure challenge

Hmm. I gotta think about this one. As for what my layout needs - I need to finish my smelter complex. This will either be a large, involved scratchbuild or kitbash but of too much work for the scope of this challenge. I think I also want to add a windmill, so that may be a good kitbuild. I also need a small station/depot and I was planning on using scrap parts or just scratchbuilding. I also have one "hole" in my town that I hadn't decided what to put there, either a small house or a water tank.

Glad to see this challenge. I'm going to try and enter two, but not sure which ones.
