Reinhard,Those safety stripes(aka idiot stripes) on those support columns is very nice and adds realism.. 
I never thought about those stripes even though they are very common on those types of buildings...
Come winter I'm going to continue the march on Slate Creek and move from Woodland Scenics 12" x24" black roadbed and track to adding structures,ballast etc.
