My brother-in-law had to be in Hamburg NY to take an AAR welding exam Monday morning. When he got to the yard he aced the 4 tests and was on the way home to Ohio by 11AM. He would be there until next year if he had not passed the tests so fast. He had taken the tests a week ago in southern Ohio, and everyone failed them, that's why they went to Hamburg. Of course they discovered the welding rod they were testing with in the first series was all bad....
