Hi Ed. I think your latest version of L&N IRS is the best so far.
With 20ft available a run around looks just right and you can't beat seeing a train slowly arriving with the loco leading.
I do hope you are able to progress this plan into a a full blown layout.
You layout ideas always give me inspiration to start planning a new layout.
