Good morning everyone, yet another week has slipped by us, it's hard to believe that it's just about the middle of January and I was just getting into the Christmas spirit. It seems like some of our neighbors are still in the holiday spirit since they still have their Christmas lights up. They'd better be careful, the HOA patrol car will soon catch them at their dastardly deeds and write them a citation. I remember a few years ago when one of our neighbors just returned from a fishing trip and had his cooler chest propped upside down to drain and they cited him for having junk on his front lawn. 
I guess HOAs are there for good reasons, but some of their board members go to dictatorial heights to show their power.
Fear not Pete, I can't drive on snow and ice either, but I have no intentions of going anywhere near where I'd have to.
The last time I was driving on snow, I wound up getting pushed out of a snow bank. :o That was up in Prescott well over 20 years ago. Why anyone would actually want to drive in that stuff leaves much to wonder about. :?
