7:15 AM 2/9/77 Conrail local CA1 has number 1 track for a reverse move to Buckeye block station another mile to the west.  The bitter cold had snow had caused the local to outlaw the previous evening and the train was stored on a siding at the state line off number 1 track.  Winter railroading is not fun for the local trains and the maintainers.
