Hi Don , don't worry about DST - we do it here in UK , they brought it in during WW2 and its stayed with us since , the confusion it must cause to baby's needing a feed , diabetics , air travel times and so on .
British summertime begins on Sunday 29 March @ 1am . when the clocks go forward one hour . Then the clocks go back 0ne hour in October around the 3rd weekend .
We wont bother asking the authority's as they may not know either
