Good morning all, hope your weekend is going well for you. 
Here we are just a bit after 5:00 and it's pushing 60 already. Temps for the week are a bit above normal, high 80's, low 90's. You know that summer isn't far away when newspapers, TV and radio stations are having, "guess the time and date for the first 100° of the year" contests. The earliest on record was March 26, so there's no record there, and the latest was on June 18, not too likely to happen this year. It's been a long time since I can remember some dodohead trying to fry a egg in the sidewalk here. 
There was always some reporter that was new to the area and wanted to show the folks back home just how hot it gets here. Well, sometime around June and July you can do it, but what they don't understand is how rookie it makes them look, and the difficulty of cleaning it up afterwards. 
Glad you guys are recovering from your injuries. That foot thing sound weird, like maybe some allergic reaction or something.... :?
