Just to continue a bit with Wayne's post, UP & SP started PFE on 10/1/1907 . UP & SP split up all the assets ending the joint venture on 3/1/1978, it is now a UP subsidiary . WP joined up in 1923 and ended their part of the venture sometime in the 50's . (history lesson for the day )
