Don , " layout " as in train layout ? ....Atta boy ! 
I will admit that when we had my house built in 2000 , I was downstairs in the model home .....measuring
....my wife calls down , " what are you doing ? " Me : Oh , nothin' , just considering a , uh , er , rec-room !
