Hey Ray

That's how Progressive Rail work the Airlake Industrial Park near Lakeville, MN south of Twin Cities.
They have 2 x SW1500 one for facing moves one for trailing
The Florida Central has two or more locos on three of its five branches
They often double head down the branch drop one loco off then use both locos to switch the facing and trailing moves

I guess both RR can't be any good...
