BCR MLW RS18 #615
#3
Hi Matt,

I searched the net for some time and found some infos for starting with the RS32 shells for the low hood. And I have three RS32 shells on hand I bought some time ago on ebay. For the high hood the RS11 shell seems to be better as a starting point depending on the number to be build. So I´ll use the RS11 for the one RS18 with high hood. The RS32 shell has the correct grilles for my conversion on the long hood. I have to add other grills on the doors but they aren´t on any of the available models.

This one will be BCR RS18 #615,http://www.cnrphotos.com/gallery2/main.p...emId=49202
a second one will be #624 http://www.cnrphotos.com/gallery2/main.p...emId=49254
and the high hood will be #602 http://www.cnrphotos.com/gallery2/main.p...emId=48735.
I ordered some parts from Minitures by Eric and will be ordering some things from Kaslo shops. Maybe I´ll order the two low hoods from him. I hope to start with the other shels, soon to get them to the point where I need the detail parts.
Maybe I´ll use the large Radiator grills from the third RS32 shell on the RS11 for #602.
Do you have an idea where I could buy some of those small grills for the doors of #615 and #624 ?

More progress on those will follow, soon. Thanks for looking. Any comments are very appreciated.

Regards,Chris
