Ok before I do the next two I have to give a little history. The "Royal Gorge" started life as a subsidiary of D&RGW, and had the following speed leter paint scheme (I havn't done any of these yet, but think a couple of tunnel motors are next

In 1985 the RG&S became "employee owned" and had the previous solid orange scheme.
and finally, in 1995 the RG&S merged with the Knasas Pacific and hade the orange, silver, and black scheme. Both railroads keep their names but operate as one.
Here is a KP GP38-2 still in pre-merger paint. (this one was built by the owner of the KP)
