I've looked at all the scenarios, lots of room for them all to move in and out of JBV! I'd never pull a 80ft + 80FT plus 50ft+50ft anyway even if I did have them that big. Only bring 4 cars onto the layout so cant drag everything out anyway. This would be switched max 4 in and 4 out or less each session. Not ideal for some but fine for me, worked great on my last layout.
I like y slight "S" bend, happy with that too as I want a straight fiddle yard...
I've also found a good option for the far left hand industry (against the wall) with help from Ed, Higgins Premium Pet Food (reversed) and yes I know they are found in Miami but I might not use CSX and thats why its Freelance (mix and match)
Mal what gap did you have between you rails and the sides of the structures in you concrete canyon?
I'm actually very happy with how this has evolved. Its a great base for a layout and Alcanman and Lance proved that.
