Red Skelton was one of my favorite comics. Together with Jack Benny. Those guys could make you laugh by lifting an eyebrow....Nowadays they need a whole collection of obscenities and ethnic slurs to get a rise out of people. Sad....

(Just to clarify....I've seen re-runs of their programs....As I mentioned before, not an old geezer, so I didn't catch them "live"... )
