Well Ed, here is one from my hometown, East Liverpool, Ohio. 10/21/2012. The railroad station was directly behind the block building you see. It was a beautiful building but it was torn down to make room for the new highway (that never came near the property). 
. Had it been owned by someone that wasn't "connected" and able to get paid considerably more than was paid it might still stand today. It was in great shape.
