The Conrail business car 4 is tied to the rear of Amtrak train 41, the Broadway Limited which at this point was running 6 hours late. Even with the steam exhausting from the car I don't imagine the occupants are overheated. The train was waiting for an eastbound to clear so it could occupy Track 1 at Smith TBS.
