Wayne, Don and Tom, Thank you so much for the very kind words, it really means a lot coming from you guys, Thank you  . 

As mentioned in my last post, I am starting to redue an other area, its the GERN corner, here are before shots...




I took all the lights, brush trees etc. off and vacuumed the area...




I then taped off the track and ballest...


THEN, i went to town with the grass, using 4mm and 7mm grass in this area, also using a mix of of dark, med and light...




NOW KEEP IN MIND, my layout is based in early June(2006) , why June, I love early June here, lots of fresh green grass and foliage, most not yet tarnished by the heat and sun yet, so nice. This is just the base mind you, it will look a bit different then the wooded area I had done, when this section is finished, but thats coming in my next post   .
