Trains on this day in the past:
Time marches on. Nineteen years ago passing Lock 5 on the Allegheny River at Freeport, Pa. Head end of the coal train for the Keystone Power Plant in Shelocta, Pa. The trains had to use trackage rights over the P&S and BP and come in from the north until a new line was built from Saltsburg north.
