In other news, I donated blood last week, and my blood test said my total cholesterol was a whopping 322.  I have had high cholesterol results before, but those were in the 240-250 range.  I have never heard of anyone having a total cholesterol above 300, so of course I made the earliest appointment I could with my doctor, and for now making a priority of 1 hour of gentle exercise per day and cutting as much saturated fat as I can from my diet.  I am extremely concerned about this.

Tonight, I will do more work on my challenge project.  So far it has been good motivation for me to do quiet activities in the evening to reduce stress.  That is very important right now.

Kevin, have them do a thyroid workup too. My wifes cholesterol went sky high and they found thyroid problems. When she started the thyroid medicine it went back to normal.
