Good morning folks
It is a chilly 49 here along the Schuylkill River this morning. Our high is supposed to be 77.
The weekend did go as planned but when do they. Saturday, we made a post office run and then headed off to Target. While my wife and daughter pursed Target I went to the grocery store a few stores down the row. Later I worked on some laundry and gave the range top a deep cleaning. Sunday was more laundry and more of the usual weekend cleaning. I helped my wife go through her fancy dresses so she could choose which ones she is bringing on our upcoming cruise. She was worried that by losing 117 pounds none of the dresses would fit. Actually, they fit better than she expected.
Modeling did not turn out as planned either. Saturday I worked on some Bowser kits. I had to make repairs to the coupler pockets on two PRR stock cars and two PRR Gla hoppers after I assembled them on Friday. I was successful and all four cars are ready to run. I straightened up the layout from the ballasting I did on the girder bridge at the Bridges Area so I could run trains. I put away some rolling stock I am done using for now after using them and the Chessie GP9 to test run over the area I ballasted. I then ran the two Athearn Western Maryland SD40 locomotives.
Today I need to call the urologist and tell him the new pills he gave me samples for my over active bladder are working and I need a formal prescription. I need to work on some laundry and start packing for our cruise to Bermuda next weekend. I hope to run the SD40’s and make up a train for them to pull.
Mikey, what layout tours? I have not heard about any tours.
I hope everybody has a good day.

Of course, the first thing on the list, is seeing if all the trains run and all the lighting works and scenery is intact, meaning the cat didn't renovate anything.
