I spent some time this afternoon on the computer (hardware). SWMBO reported that it wasn't doing anything. One icon in the bar was sitting with a line under it. Nothing else would respond, not even the shut down sequence.
I tried the on/off button -- no change.
I decided to unplug and de-battery it to shut off. Couldn't open the panel on the bottom (yes, I did take out both screws). Noticed the battery was at 6%. Played with the power brick and it started charging again. Battery now at the target 60%.
