The Hobo Camp Fire Is going well #X.. Stop In!!!
Didn't lose any trees in the gales that Tom and Mikey mentioned. I always cautiously take a look at the big walnut at the edge of my property that I built my shed under. Just have this feeling that I'm going to see a major limb impaling the roof someday.

We're supposed to be heading for Charlotte on Friday. It's alumni weekend for my wife (UNCC class of 1987) where she played basketball. Hoping the upcoming snows don't impede our ability to leave.

No railroad progress after Friday night due to my winning the contract to paint all of the major rooms on the main floor (walls and ceilings) of my house. I'd previously been told that my work didn't measure up and she was hiring professionals. Laid on the guilt trip and promised I'd do my best work, but that meant that my weekends and evening will be spent in my painter's clothes. It also means I'll be getting my two sections of scaffolding out to do my 15' high great room and stairwells that her painter quoted her $2800 to accomplish. At least I'm saving money.
