Busy couple of days. My youngest was playing golf yesterday and looking for a fourth, so I got to show the young pups a thing or two... We then went out to dinner with my wife to celebrate 33 years of wedded bliss.
Took the dog to the park for some rehab hiking - he's got two more weeks of "on leash" walking before he can be released to run again. It's pretty amazing what the vets have decided to do with blown out knees in dogs - they basically re-engineer the joint. Ain't cheap though...
Moved some plants in the heat of the afternoon and cut most of the grass after getting gas for the mower and some Plaster of Paris. By dinner time I was pretty shot, so poured some more rocks - might be the last I cast for a while.
Back to the salt mines tomorrow, which will be 1216 days until my anticipated retirement.
