Hi gang
I have been working on the KJR train and a couple other projects. I have been playing with the UV activated epoxy and I am very impressed on what it does and I may have found something to use for the metal kits for track equipment. This stuff is fast to set when the light is applied and it is really strong. I used it to repair some broken car frame castings and it saved them. I used it to make window glass in this LV Caboose, not perfect but it was fast and they won't fall out..
I also used a little on a pin to set the wire grabs on the rear of an Athearn caboose that I am working on for the KJR 5
I found another undecorated refer I painted last year and I have some LV decals so I will letter it for that road
More later when I get the ladders on the roof of the LV cab.
