Did there used to be a 3rd set of tracks in the middle there, Charlie?

Yes there was a third track, probably removed in the mid fifties. The 1950 track chart still shows it . The location is between MP 66 and 67, West of the Grafton yard that was out of service. There were also pans in the stretch of track by Grafton yards,
