Leon, Thanks for the link. Yes, "undercarriage" includes all underparts,frame trucks etc. I wasn't sure about the exposed fram on the side of some tenders...answered my own question...http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.ph...596&nseq=0, it would be DGLE, not black. Happy painting ! Bob
