I checked out railroadkits.com and they did not have any of Ed's old kits listed on their site anymore.
They did take over the line of Ed's kits, and even sold them in the past.
However perhaps they have stopped selling them now.
So it looks like you will have to try and find one on EBay now.
Another manufacturer of hydrocal kits is Downtown deco they have a bunch of kits for offer.
