Greetings, gang.
Another decent day underway in the remote reaches of northern Iowa. 48 now going to the 70s again. Strong storms possible this afternoon and evening. Still saying 40s for the soccer games this weekend. Grrrr!
Quiet day yesterday. I did get in a 12 mile bike ride. I was going to go longer but my body rebelled at that idea. A neighbor just bought a reel mower and used it yesterday afternoon. It will be interesting to see if he keeps up with it. Last year he used an electric mower but frequently left the grass until it was quiet long before mowing.
Gas was down to $3.55 yesterday.
