The Hobo Camp Fire Is going well #X.. Stop In!!!
Just one of those days, gang.

On Monday I ran the switcher and track cleaning car for a while and all was looking good. This morning I got out the Hotshot Freight and was just getting everything running well when the train just quit. Nudged it and it still didn't move. Time to get the meter. Of course the battery for the meter is dead. Track down another meter and find plenty of power from the power supply. Look at the connection to the track and it's broken off. I use trailer connectors to power the track. Wire is broken to the point where it's not repairable. Hop on the SuperCruiser and head to Menards. Find what I'm looking for and start home. Any guesses on what happens next?

Yup! Rain! Not heavy but just enough to get me a little damp on the way home. Those rain drops sting a little at 30 mph. Anyway, got home and quickly put away the electrical stuff. Went out a little bit ago and started the repairs. More rain! Put everything away and I guess I'll wait til later or tomorrow to complete that task.

BTW gas was $2.59 when I was out.

All stay safe.
