Good evening folks
It has been a crazy week at work. We were down two inspectors out of four this week. For a couple days I was overseeing paving work which meant I was with the subcontractor until they finished. This meant the inspector had to bounce around from other activities. Luckily we picked up a substitute, and he handled the concrete pours. I did not see the inside of the office until today. Now I am way behind on paperwork/computer work. I may do some over the weekend. Thank God the night for last night was canceled.
Needless to say, I have been exhausted most nights. I did, however, finish the Bachmann Spectrum Trade Tower kit. I still have some things like roof vents and water tank to add.
My wife and I are thinking about going to a museum this weekend like we used to due before her health took a turn. Now that she is doing better, we want to get back into some of our old routines. We will still need to do those pesky errands of the grocery store, pharmacy, and the hardware store. I need to clean the fishpond filter and there are some steppingstones that need to be installed.
I would like to add the detail parts to the Trade Tower. Next will be adding it to the layout. Then comes the choosing of the next project. I hope to run some trains and perhaps assemble a rolling stock kit or two.
Tom enjoy your trio.
I hope everybody has a good day.
