Cloudy and 56 in the remote reaches of northern Iowa this morning. maybe 80 later. Similar temperatures for the next week along with 30%-40% chances for rain every day.
It's been a very quiet week for me. Part of it is a lack of activities by the great-grandkids and part is just a lack of ambition on my part. Today I'm going to try and trim some trees and bushes that are getting close to the electrical wires coming into the house. I've done it in the past with no problems encountered. Since it's Saturday that means laundry also. I don't want to do either project but unfortunately no one is going to do it for me.
Gas was $3.66 yesterday when I was out and about.
