Thanks for the great tips on the free cardstock kits, Charlie.  Gotta be a few more I can look into.

Back to....   sewage!  As it turns out, if you use coffee grounds and white glue to fill up your clarifiers, no matter how much (or what color) of paint you apply to the top surface, the coffee grounds are going to react with the water-based poly that's in Realistic Water!  Brown is definitely the dominant color in each one (yeah, it looks like.... sewage!) - I'll add some water effects to the top surfaces to simulate a whirling agitator in each one once the second top coat is applied.

   

I'm going to get the bank job going as well - since my inkjet printer bit the dust, I've been relegated to walking up two flights to my wife's printer which is always turned off.  Upstairs to turn it on, downstairs to launch the print job, and then back upstairs to collect the prints.
